Transportation Services

Program Support Center (PSC) Transportation Services provides transportation and travel shared services to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), minimizing the public burden of federal agency business administration costs and enabling HHS agencies to devote their resources to performing their core missions and reaching their critical objectives.

PSC Transportation Services provides HHS agencies with commuter, local, and temporary duty (TDY) travel services, including program planning and management, policy and procedure development and implementation, technology and systems integration, training curriculum and course content development, instruction, and quality assurance.

Government Travel Management

PSC offers comprehensive travel program management services that include operational support and customer services to federal agencies for their employees traveling on official business. ConcurGov is the HHS-wide travel system used to manage government travel arrangements and expenses for official temporary duty (TDY) and local travel.

Fleet Operations

PSC maintains a centralized fleet of government vehicles and driver services, as well as offering a variety of other travel and transportation related services ranging from Fleet travel policy development, sustainable Fleet planning and vehicle lease management.

HHS Travel Charge Card

PSC's Federal Travel Charge Card is used by employees to purchase airline and rail tickets, book lodging, and purchase incidental items associated with official travel as well as temporary duty transportation solutions.

Transit Benefit Program Management

PSC offers transit subsidy benefit program services to customer agencies to provide their employees with monthly commuter benefits. PSC provides benefits for mass transit (including the GO!card®), Bike2Work, and Van pool (shared rides).

Travel and Transportation Policy

PSC provides comprehensive support in the development, oversight, and management of travel policies utilized by federal agencies to enable efficient travel by their employees.

Travel and Transportation Training

PSC offers online and in-person travel training courses for Travelers, Preparers, Certifiers and Approvers, Federal Agency Travel Administrators (FATAs), and HHS Travel Charge Card users.
